About Me:
I've been involved in advertising and marketing since 1996, working for clients ranging in size from a single entrepreneur to an university that employs thousands. Over the years, one thing that has remained a great asset for me has been my ability to write clear, powerful prose quickly. While I have run a more traditional online marketing consultancy—and still do—OvernightPR was created to give businesses large and small a place where they can go to get their story out when they need it fast.
I've written releases for numerous clients, and working as a director of marketing I have frequently been called upon to get a release written and distributed in half an hour. Writing a release that quickly takes familiarity with a company and its needs, so unless you're one of my stable of clients I can't promise you a turnaround that fast, but I'll do my best. Honing my ability to write quickly in that high-pressure environment has given me the skill set that you need.
About OvernightPR
The idea behind the company is simple: there are times when a company needs to get a release out on the market quickly. As part of a disaster management plan, to beat a competitor to the punch, or in order to capitalize on a hot news trend, a timely press release can go a long way to getting your story out where your buyers & the media can see it.
Overnight PR is me doing what I do best: writing your story, when you need it, and then helping you make the best decision on how to get that story out. I've written and distributed scores of press releases, and can give you advice on where to put it to maximize your return.
Being an excellent writer, while hardly easy, is not a unique skill. There are hundreds of great writers out there. If you're looking for someone to go re-write your website for you or punch up the text in your sales letter, I'll be happy to refer you to colleagues of mine in the industry who are experts at that. OvernightPR doesn't write pamphlets or create business plans. But if you need a press release and you need it now, well, my number's at the top of the page.
